Thank you for your interest in Educational Insights, Inc. To help you understand our company and focus, below is a list of our core development categories.

If your product idea does not fit into one of the above Core Categories, it may be better to contact other companies that may have an interest in your type of product.

We receive many unsolicited ideas (samples, prototypes, etc.) for consideration as future products. Sometimes, new ideas might be similar to concepts previously discussed or researched by Educational Insights employees, or even by another company. To protect both parties (you and Educational Insights, Inc.), we have created specific guidelines for evaluating ideas from outside inventors.

Before we look at your submission, Educational Insights asks you to agree to the conditions in our Disclosure Agreement. Upon receipt of the Disclosure Agreement, your submission will be reviewed. We make every effort to complete the review process and communicate with you within thirty days. All original materials will be returned to you by either U.S. Postal Service regular delivery or by UPS ground service.

If Educational Insights, Inc. is interested in your submission, we will then enter into negotiations to reach an appropriate license and/or purchase of rights to your idea.

If you feel your product might be a fit for Educational Insights, complete and submit the Disclosure Agreement, which must precede or accompany your submission.
